Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.  Orders containing both framed and unframed prints may ship separately.  Items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground, depending on location.  If you need an earlier delivery date than may be provided by these shipping options, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure delivery by your chosen date. 

Returns

Although it is our goal to provide 100% satisfaction, accidents will happen.  If a package arrives damaged or you find that the print delivered is not the item ordered, please call us within seven (7) days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  We will provide you with the authorization number and advise you of the appropriate method of return.  Please return the item(s) with the original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced by Winterford Galleries at no extra charge to you.

Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, since delivery times vary based upon shipper.  Your return will be processed within 5-7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sunday and holidays) after receipt of the item.
